Students of the STEMM Program were privileged to participate in an information session and cooking class with famous Australian cookbook author, Annette Sym. Annette has created healthy recipes perfect for singles, couples, empty nesters and grey nomads and during her visit to STEMM, she cooked a Chicken Stroganoff recipe from her cookbook 'Cooking for 1 or 2 people'.
The STEMM students gained valuable knowledge and skills from Annette on how to cook quick, easy meals with no waste, while spending less money in the supermarket. The students shared the delicious Stroganoff for lunch before receiving their own special 'Simply too good to be true' cookbook, personally autographed by Annette.
The STEMM ladies are so grateful to Annette for generously giving her time, knowledge and cookbooks. We look forward to the students sharing their future cooking endeavours using Annette's recipes!
