ANZAC Day helps everyone strengthen and deepen our sense of historical world events.
At STEMM, making ANZAC biscuits was a special way for us to spend time reflecting over the impact of war and to remember those who have lost their lives.
We also explored why ANZAC biscuits were the item sent across to the troops by looking at cost price effectiveness and yield. Did you know to make 96 biscuits will cost $21.43 in todays economic climate?
The recipe for the biscuits was taken from the RSL Australia website. The STEMM women also spent time putting together a wreath to lay.
